Every new account gets a -day free trial with every feature, and no card is needed. Please use it to make sure works for you before you pay.
Your first payment: 7 days to change your mind
If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
Renewals and later payments
Later passes, including renewals and extra computers bought after your first payment, are not refunded. Passes never renew by themselves, so you are only charged when you choose to buy.
Charged by mistake?
If you were charged twice, or you paid and the app stayed locked, write to us and we will make it right.
How to ask
In the app, go to Help > Contact support and choose the topic "Payment". Or email our support email. Please include the email address you paid with.
How the money comes back
The refund goes back the same way you paid, through PayMongo. E-wallets like GCash and Maya are usually quicker. Cards usually take 5 to 10 banking days, depending on your bank.
A refund removes the days, or the extra computers, that the payment bought. After that, videos you export carry a small watermark again until you buy a pass. Your projects and videos are not touched.
